Hi, I'm Sophie.
I'm a qualified and insured massage therapist and the owner of SKH Massage & Recovery. I work with everyone from people who simply want time to relax and let go of everyday tension, to people who train regularly and want to support their recovery, movement and performance.
My approach sits somewhere between holistic and clinical: relaxing and enjoyable, but always with a purpose.

Specialist lymphoedema care
I'm currently undertaking specialist training with the Lymphoedema Training Academy, focused on supporting people living with lymphoedema and chronic oedema.
This is different from general lymphatic massage as a wellness treatment, and it isn't available to book yet. More information will follow as I complete my training.
